PILLAR+
Experience Pillar+ in its purest form—a, active mobility joint-first conditioning class designed to improve active and usable range of motion and enhance joint health and integration across the pillar. Applying principles and strategies from Dr. Andreo Spina’s Functional Range Systems.
SYSTEMATIC STRENGTH
Integrated hypertrophy-focused strength training prioritizing traditional lifts and progressive loading, supported by strategic isometrics, tempo control, and carries to increase tissue capacity, muscular development, and system-wide strength.
UNCONVENTIONAL STRENGTH
A dynamic strength approach using nontraditional loading, asymmetry, and varied positions to build coordination and resilience—emphasizing eccentric loading, mechanical sets, and strategic isometrics to develop durable, integrated strength.
PERFORMANCE
Performance-focused training that organizes strength, speed, and coordination into efficient, adaptable movement—using locomotion movement patterns, sling-based rotation, deceleration, and reactive drills to develop controlled, transferable power.
POWER
Power classes develop the ability to produce force quickly and efficiently through organized, full-body movement. Training emphasizes sequencing, timing, and force transfer through the pillar—using barbells, kettlebells, med balls, landmine work, plyometrics, and controlled deceleration to build strong, fast, and resilient power.
