3. Follow your structured progression
Move through, joint-first and progressive sessions designed to improve joint capacity, integrated strength, and usable range of motion.

4. Train across environments
Attend in-studio sessions, continue your work on demand, and stay consistent wherever you are—without losing your progression.

5. Add personalized coaching when needed
Layer in virtual or in-person 1:1 check-ins for assessments, modifications, deeper education, and strategy.
