A deep dive into your joint function, active/passive ranges of motion, degrees of control, movement quality, and compensatory strategies to establish your baseline and guide programming.

Custom Programming & Progression Cycles 4-6 week progressions | 3-5 workouts/week
Fully individualized training built around your assessment, goals, history, lifestyle, and schedule. Programs evolve across structured phases emphasizing mobility, internal strength, integrated strength, and performance. Custom programs are delivered in-app and include video demonstrations of each movement.
