The Pillar is the foundation of the Pillar+ system. This program is designed to restore movement quality, reestablish neuromuscular control, and integrate the spine, hips, shoulders, and trunk into a cohesive system.

Through targeted mobility, activation, and pillar-based movement patterns, you develop the internal strength and coordination required for pain-free, efficient, and sustainable movement.
